WITZ

Our wheat beer is called WITZ, and has a straw-blonde color. It has the characteristic haze of this beer style, and its head is white and creamy. The emphasis is on the freshness of the wheat and the roundness of the oats. It develops very floral notes (white fruit tree blossoms) and a slightly lemony and green currant fruitiness. It has, as expected, very little bitterness, but a slight, very refreshing acidity. 4.0% abv.
